You will be hard pressed to fine 15% cost on funds. Even with real estate hard money you will be 10-15% depending on the deal. Best bet if they have AR is Kevin but most likely he will want to be in the deal longer than 6 months.

Hi Omega-Thanks for the kind words. We typically like to be in a deal i minimum of 12 months, but have done shorter deals for the right clients.

Sub-15%......not a problem.
