HOw much in AR do they have? Perhaps a line of credit would work best if they have the AR to support larger

This seems like a very fundable deal, but the merchant has an unrealistic expectation. This sounds like a really awesome 3rd position deal, or a really good 2nd position deal paying off Paypal. But Paypal is top notch so i don't think the merchant would want to get rid of them.

Lendr's balance is just too high in my opinion. Maybe merchant takes a 3rd until the balance is low enough to pay them off which should happen come refi time? Let me know your thoughts on this.
