psf fee
What are you all using for psf fee? i have been having issues with my current guy and looking at other options. It seems alot of people are using echeck but sounds scary to depisot a check with out a signature and than run into some dumb merchnat that forgot they signed your ach page .

just dont use them, and close more deals.

Ask the funder to hold it back for you. Cleanest way.
