Web Tool Temporarily Replaces Top Ranking Site With Another Site
Search conversion algorithm (formula if you will) temporarily replaces a top ranking website for high traffic keywords with another website.
It’s temporary and lasts only a few moments, but it can work for all 100 of the highest traffic keywords, which generates the same output as a website spending $1,000,000+ a month (seven figures) on marketing.
Very different than a traditional seo strategy, basically using some overlooked tools and a dedicated staff of humans (to really scale). This makes it not only effective, but almost completely untrackable by competitors, as it doesn’t show up in search analysis tools like Spyfu. You would have to know what to look for.
At FULL CAPACITY, the process produces:
1,900,000 impressions
30,000 click thrus (No start-ups, 99% are Retail Brick and Mortar businesses)
10,000 Webforms and Personal Merchant Referrals
1,000 funded
$25,000 per average deal
$25,000,000 million in funding
$2,000,000 in commission, on a spend of about $420,000.
The first 25 million can be accomplished in 45-60 days, provided someone has the man power to collect paperwork and fund.
After that, it’s $25,000,000 per month in funding
In addition, as merchants renew about 2.4 times over their lifetime
(1.5 – 2 years), after 12 months, you’ll be doubling your funding amount without spending any extra money.
With renewals, it’s close to $4,000,000 in monthly commission, on a spend of $420,000 per month.
Over time, with follow ups and dripping on the leads that didn’t convert yet, the real lead conversion is 1 of 5. So it’s really almost $8,000,000 in commission, on a $420,000 spend.
When you add syndication (lending money in deals yourself), you can add another 50% to the commissions, so now it’s $12,000,000 on a $420,000 spend.
After two years, you can choose to exit the industry, and probably add a low $8 Figure pay out.
It can also be started for much less than the budget mentioned, as long a floor exists (or is created) to work the paper.
Would something like this be more interesting to an outsider or someone already spending heavy on online marketing?

This really makes no sense to me. Nothing that shows up in google is temporary.

I figured you would be very intrigued west, as this smacks right up against your profession and conventional wisdom. You’re probably familiar with the google dance that takes place with web properties, especially newer ones?
If you think too much along the lines of conventional seo, it won’t make as much sense. You have to think think of the end user as his own property.

These numbers seem massively inflated and unrealistic

Listen, Google’s algorithm looks at content, bounce rate, how many clicks a visitor makes while on the site, backlinks, “events” like contact form submissions.
There isn’t just some tool you can “plug in” to the internet that makes you jump to top of page 1. It just doesn’t work that way.Last edited by WestCoastFunding; 04-04-2019 at 07:37 PM.

Google also looks at domain age, domain brand, social footprint and social traffic, (how many times your link is shared, retweeted etc.) usage level of the backlinks that are connected to your site ( can’t just be a lot of links with no one clicking, that poisons the site), authority of where the links are coming from, whether you’re spending on Google pay per click and how much you’re spending (the more the better), how much times the average user spends on different pages on the site, how similar your keyword groups are that you rank for, writing for the search engine and writing for the people visiting.
All of that plays a valuable part in traditional SEO as you well know, but if that’s all you’re doing, you’re going to get smashed by anyone with bigger pockets and a more relevant brand, if you’re fighting for the same keywords.
This process is very different and cannot be looked at in a traditional Seo sense, because the goal is to acquire end users without bumping heads with competitors directly, and the fact that it doesn’t appear to make sense is what makes it effective.

It’s nonsense. It is 100% impossible to just temporarily replace high ranking sites through some sort of “internet tool”. It’s ridiculous.
And if such tool were to bring in $25,000,000 in funding in just a month, why aren’t you just making a ton of money on your own rather than reselling.
Even more, if such a tool existed, why would you inform the public about it — which would lead to Google ending the gaming of their algorithm?

Nonsense so YOU say, and that’s okay by me.
There’s still an acquisition cost. It’s cheaper than pay per click but not free by any means.
What exactly have I informed the public about? What exactly would someone tell
“Google”, even if someone here happened to have Larry’s number on speed dial?
Most likely their response would be the same as yours.

You can’t game the Google algorithm in a traditional Seo sense anymore because they give priority to the large brands that spend a lot with them.
You’re looking at from Seo perspective and not enough from an end user perspective.

SEO, end-user, doesn’t matter. There is no way to use a “web tool” that will temporarily replace a Google ranking with your own without actually pointing an IP address at the new site. Zero.

Just stop, man. There’s no way you’re going to replace pointing to a different IP, and even if you could Google would blacklist your site forever when they caught it.
It’s all nonsense.

You’re now debating with yourself. To be fair, I haven’t specified exactly what the process is, so taking any theory line and speaking in absolutes about it is basically arguing a point that may or may not have any relevance (in which this particular case, unbeknownst to you, has no relevance).
I see web forms entering an inbox, coming from online locations directed from extremely competitive high traffic keywords, which does not cost anywhere near market price, so something Is obviously happening, which negates the use of phrases like “it’s impossible” and “100% can’t happen”. Everything you’re saying is technically correct, but means nothing in regards to what’s currently being done in reality.
A private demonstration might be in order, with the right incentive.

It’s all bull****.
Supposedly you’re funding $25,000,000 a month with your nonsensical “web based tool” that you claim games Google. But rather than continuing to fund $25M a month, you’ve taken to an internet chat board to expose your secrets for a low, low price.
**** outta here.

If you read the post, nothing said we're currently funding $25,000,000 a month.
I haven't exposed any secrets, just provided an overview, which you're trying to debunk,
which I respect and can appreciate.
The only "price" mentioned was in the original post, and while it is low in the relative
scheme of competition and ROI, no one would call a six figure a month spend, standing
on its own, low.
I offered a private demonstration because I like to know when people are talking and challenging,
whether they're receptive and looking to genuinely learn something, or if they're just trying to shut down an objective but opposing viewpoint, simply because they can't see beyond their own perspective.
So I think I'll stay.

There was a client in a local service industry who had a competitor who was retiring from the industry due to age, and he had a website ranked number two for the EXACT keyword representing his service, with the particular city he was in. Meaning people in his local vicinity were looking for his service and constantly visiting his site.
The site was ranking for years and the age and traffic was verifiable. The retiring owner offered to sell his site to his competitor and the competitor refused.
The price was $700.00 and he still refused.
There are people who do not believe in spending or investing in themselves and it will not matter what they see or what you show them. If it’s not free, they’re not interested (like a merchant looking for 3% money).
You don’t let them waste too much of your time and you keep it moving.
