Application Fee for Letter of Intent
How many of you guys have every paid an Application Fee on Letter of intent for a real estate deal and/or business acquisition. What was the stipulation of the Letter of Intent. If so what was the amount and was the deal success when you paid it.

Dont do it, Legitimate lenders like ourselves and a host of others dont charge junk fees.
