That is false! This insert is from one of their advertisements on Linkedin:

"Private direct lender providing term loans & lines of credit nationwide. Loans are structured based on creditworthiness, business cash flow and RE collateral. 4 year terms. RE can be commercial or residential and we take 2nd position up to 100% LTV. Loan sizes from $400,000 to $6 million or more."

You were right Nick. Liftforward does use Residential. Thanks for your help
