Funny story-

Was referred a distributor in the paraphernalia industry. Company was doing $15Mil/year and the owner said banks would not lend to him. I met the owner at his warehouse. Big place full of all kinds of cool looking glassware. Asked the owner why the banks would not lend to him....anything in your background? He said NO...they just don't like the industry. I asked for my usual financial package. Did a some background check on him. Two days before I met him...he was arrested for possession with intent to sell. He was out on bail when we met. Naturally....it was a pass for me.....
