    The majority of them are awful, just to be clear. Lol.

    We get a ton of $5MM+ applications mixed in there, so it's worth it, but we have a ton of low revenue files ($250K and under) that we just prefer not to work. I don't mind selling them off if someone wants them -- I just want to do minimal work on them.

    Ok but again how are you getting these leads, via someone calling you, you calling on a list, they found your website?? 200 seems high even if you have 20 sales guys in your company, thats 4,000 leads a month that you dont monetize someway even if its selling for $.25 per or something?
