200 leads a day?? without giving away any secrets what can you tell us about how you are doing that? and define lead, simple lead form with how many fields or cold call and get interested customer saying their annual sales?

The majority of them are awful, just to be clear. Lol.

We get a ton of $5MM+ applications mixed in there, so it's worth it, but we have a ton of low revenue files ($250K and under) that we just prefer not to work. I don't mind selling them off if someone wants them -- I just want to do minimal work on them.

Ok but again how are you getting these leads, via someone calling you, you calling on a list, they found your website?? 200 seems high even if you have 20 sales guys in your company, thats 4,000 leads a month that you dont monetize someway even if its selling for $.25 per or something?
