Sleeper Cab Financing
Besides the usual suspects (Northstar, Dakota, Simmons, etc), is there anyone out there that does these for truckers that are not current owner operators?
I have a 770 score borrower who is a homeowner has a CDL for 2 years looking to buy a 2013 Freightliner.
The best offer I received so far is for a 25% down payment (not including the sales tax) and with an additional $2200 due at signing on a $46K purchase.
Seriously?!?

20% Down 20% rate with Amur Financing or Pawnee start up but he would need comps equal to whatever he wants to buy. Pawnee buy rate for startups 38%

No Amur doesn't require CDL over 3yrs
