Here's the scenario:
750+ credit
25-40K monthly deposits
8 years TIB
Just got a LoanBuilder first for $71K at 1.18 at 12 months (WTF?) and I'm looking for a second behind it. Direct Lenders only please. No brokers or syndicate partners.

Well merchant could have been funded with a term loan monthly payment rates 10-15% with those scores/
