Why is Mantis contacting merchants with offers without notifying the brokers?

I get that you want to be above board, calling out brokers for bad practices. But is Mantis’s practice of contacting merchants anytime an offer has been generated — without the approval of the broker — any better?

Mantis needs to explain why they’re doing this.

is they looking to net anything or 0 net? if he is looking to net something, most lenders have 50% net rule making your funding amount 400k minimum which is about 540k of exposure for a lender on merchant that stacks. but ive seen it done if revenue and industry are solid.

Marcus, either respond to the thread you started and the new allegations, or don't post at all. In the meantime you have no right to promote yourself or your company on this forum.
