    Gentlemen:

    Depends on the loan type and collateral.. Live Oak is terrific for Health Care and Insurance deals (and others), while Newtek is a PLP (preferred lender provider)- they also have a higher collateral requirement than many banks- making it harder to get maximum dollars for the client.

    Since everyone on this blog appears to be most interested in the time from submission to closing, PLP's are your best bet. Our group also works with several along with Community Development Finance Partners that give us some flexibility with collateral with earnings and borrower profile that fits their target criteria.
