    the only contracts I ave ever seen with prepay addendums built in were with ARF and with EXPANSION

    Others would supply one only if asked

    We offer aggressive prepay addendums on 2nd positions.

    1-30 days - 15% discount on total balance
    31-60 days - 10% discount on total balance
    61-90 days - 5% discount on total balance

    Pearl can give aggressive prepays. Sometimes as low as a 1.17 depending on the deal specifics

    We @Lendvo offer 50% of all unpaid interest off -yes interest its a loan not a MCA- at any point in the deal, if paid directly by Borrower. It's been a great seller for us with CPA businesses over last couple months.

    Our prepay addendums also go out to 2 - 3 months depending on the quality and risk of the deal.
