No COJ 4th position

Are there any banks that will do a 4th position on a good deal without requiring a COJ

I can do a 4th position without a COJ - But, only if the first 3 positions don't have one either.

Good is relative. It's a 4th position so it obviously comes with risk, but there's plenty of room for another position and i have offers. He specifically wants one without a COJ. I'm inquiring if there are lenders out there that will do a 4th without requiring a COJ
