Best Places to market for new Employees

    Good evening all.

As time goes on and we continue to grow, assistance is needed and we are looking to hire new employees to help alleviate some of the tasks that our underwriters and sales team have to do. I have personally been looking for someone to master the roll of data entry since our submissions have been ramping up, but am having no luck finding new help.

Currently i have posted on Indeed and Zip recruiter. Where do you think is the best place to market for new hires?
    Thank you,

In this job market? What are you paying? IF you're looking for a $400/week date entry clerk, doubt you will find them on Indeed

Hopefully 30-40k per year depending on experience. I don't want to have to retrain every 4-6 months. Would rather pay a premium and get quality.

How do we determine what you mean by "bad"?

Are they fresh out of high school? Do they lack mca or industry or relevant office experience?
Was their cover letter a full page selfie with luscious lips and full bosom?

Did their work summary include threats to owners at previous jobs?

When I worked as a recruiter, I created special stand alone tests that would require the applicant
to come in and complete rough form of the actual duties required. The test was short and the purpose
was to see they're basic knowledge and understand, could they follow directions, and how would they go
about solving a problem they didn't have an immediate answer to.

It saved a lot of time because based on how they did on the test (it wasn't a pass or fail test, more like an aptitude test), it would determine if it was worth training this candidate or even giving this person any more time.

The test could be completed without supervision by the hiring director, and could be done by multiple applicants at once.

I would go overseas for this...if its just data entry???? yeah, overseas. they are robots

    DATA ENTRY is DATA ENTRY

There is no Paying for Quality.... there is Enter the Data correct or you dont have a job.

The Best Data Entry Person I had was named Bobby (Not his real name) In the Phillipines.
He sounded like a Game Show host with an accent on the phone.
But Bank Statements, Apps, CC Statements, all entered into CRM Faster than you could imagine, he must have been on Meth, or had his whole Family working for him and living off his Salary.

    Indeed. All day.

It's like drinking water through a firehose (and most people are qualified).

Indeed spends so much money on marketing that they are capturing the market.

    Give it a whirl.

For data entry, hire a virtual employee.
