    can anyone factor a contractor where end payer is insurance company?

    Not likely. What is he flood, restoration or roofing? IN all my years never found anyone that would factor those invoices bottom line legal issues and assignment of invoices.

    He does home remodeling said he is always waiting to get paid because insurance takes too long up to 90 days.
