    $500k deal

    Any funders offer a LOC up to $500k with a 24 month term?

    $10m + annual revenue

    750 credit score

    Kevin with seacoast would probably take it.
    Bluevine might give you 150k unsecured LOC

    If the client is looking unsecured, contact me please, I'll point you in the right direction.
    Why does everyone assume that Seacoast is the only solution? There are dozens of factors out there, many of them bank-owned. And some of the non-bank-owned ones may give more liquidity or spot factoring or the like which could work out to be cheaper. Or other methods to factor like not being forced to factor everything, faster time to approval. Then there's uglier files, construction, subcontractors, progress billing, etc.

    I don't mean to start up with Kevin or compete with him. But as a broker, I feel necessary to point out the obvious.

    SPOT or select factoring is typically much more expensive. Yes-there are a lot of factoring companies in the market and the most reputable are members of the association. Yes-some are bank owned, but the majority are not. It is important to do your homework on all capital sources to determine what is the best fit for your client and set expectations up front.
