Usually anywhere from 4-8% is the norm on a highrisk deal. Could go higher depending on the funder.

seen as low as 2% plus some other flat fee junk fees prob bringing it closer to 3-4% of the funded amount goes out towards fees. on renewals, I have seen some waive all those fees and just charge a wire fee

Or unless you are influx, GTR, Ram, 24, kash, second chance, silver, it will go as high as 20% which it does most of the time. It’s not a great strategy as you want to retain merchants and not hammer them. A normal high risk Funder should not charge more than 8-9%. But you need to ask yourself what’s high risk these days. Just because a merchant has 2 positions doesn’t necessarily mean it’s high risk. But again everyone has different definitions of that. Be more specific.

Well in this specific case I have funded this merchant in the past and he is up for renewal.

Mercahnt went negative right away after funding with multiple NSFs and 2 open positions. Deposits vs Ending balances are really cut close.

    Last deal was feed 15%.

    Just an office discussion.
