Have a file here with a merchant who is doing about 20-30k monthly deposits. She has a current position out for a small MCA however when going through underwriting it appears that she has a judgement from an MCA dated a year back. This merchant has the payoff letter from the MCA that placed the judgement and the balance has been settled. She is sure she is not in judgement. Looking for second position, needs 20-30k for three upcoming projects. Can anyone get this done ?

depends on how long between when the judgment was filed and when it was satisfied - , would need either a zero balance letter or satisfaction of judgment Would also want to know how long it took to satisfy and the amount of the judgments -- we have funded these scenarios in the past...

As long as we can verify the merchant has settled & paid with the prior funder who filed the judgment, Cooper will look at the deal for funding-

What industry? We would take a look if they have receivables, the satisfied judgment alone is not an issue.
