I wouldn't go as far as far to call them a scam, leads aren't verified most of the time as having interest but usually the information is correct in my experience.

That means they are selling records because a lead can be defined as someone with a verified interest who is presently in the market.

Yeah, I suppose that's true. We ended our ties with them, funded 2 or 3 deals out of the 90 or so "leads" we received.
