    We had a deal fund with perfection through Kalamata followed by a deal that unfortunately received the opposite experience. I can say that Jacob went above and beyond to do everything possible to get the second deal funded even putting his own money into the deal to push it across the finish line. It didn't end up funding unfortunately, but I respect him for the work he put in and the actions he took. You will have a positive experience working with him.
