Merchants like that do need to get jail time. That is flat out fraud. Not fair to the funders who lend to merchants that banks are afraid of.

Hate these scenarios - Its a shame, especially when the funder gives the merchant the benefit of the doubt and this happens off the gate. You just need to keep funding and make up for the loss. Don't lose your drive over a pos merchant.
