contractor 500k monthly. Change ownership
Change of ownership over 5 months. Same work same clients.
Change of banking and different Entity. Previous entity 5 + years. No tax returns available
Same entity in bank statements for 2 months. Dec (minimal deposits since changed banking), Jan,Feb March MTD
Strong deposits 700k+ monthly strong ABL. Who can consider.

What is the nature of the business? How many deposits a month are made? What do they keep in the business account on a day to day basis? Do they have extensions on the tax returns available and the taxes the year before?
