I have a builder who has 3 deposits september 98k, 3 deposits october 140k, 1 deposit november 82k,
2 deposits december 31k, and 1 deposit january 32500. Here is the issue. He defaulted on a cash advance, under a different company 2+ years ago. However, he has been funded several times since then, and paid all off on time. No negative days. Credit is mid 600s. I have offers as high as 20k, but
he wants more. If this a file you are interested in, please let me know.

if you can get past underwriting on those, tell him to take the 20k, we can look at this file but thats probably more than we would offer, his deposits are too inconsistent and hes a previous default, we would be conservative on a file like this.

his past two months they did around 30k only..+ he's defaulted+high risk industry+revenue declining + low deposits, i would say close them on 20k doubt they will get much higher then that. Depending on state and month end balance maybe Loanme could be option they go up to 100k if month end balance looks good and credit over 600
