We are seeking a lender who can fund a business located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The business is a funeral home who needs a $125K term loan to be repaid in 9 - 12 months.

- Collateral: a commercial property in San Juan, Puerto Rico that appraised $600K in Dec. 2018. It has no bankruptcies, no tax liens or judgments.
