Self Directed IRA / 401k funding
There used to be some lenders that would lend against / on Self directed IRA/401k statements (as opposed to business bank statements)
Seek and LenCred come to mind.
Does anyone know of any current lenders doing this ?

why would a merchant take cash advance type rates ona loan vs their retirement plan,....when they can just take out a loan far cheaper directly from the investment company?
