Does anybody else get weird emails from that guy that his pictures of his kids and staff? I've gotten them for months, so I messaged him back that it was weird and to stop. He was highly offended and asked me if I thought his kids were funny looking. I just find it very odd...now my partner gets emails from this guy too. Lol....please tell me someone else gets the emails from the weird broker showing us his kids and employees.

It’s most likely him from Phoenix Funding something something something. They send out emails announcing partnerships with funders, trying to portray themselves as funders. Weird ****ing people.

Broker, pretending to be a funder should be illegal. Not that it's hard to figure out who is and who isnt. So many people afraid to pick up the phone themselves or put the work in. You send me deals, then I'll shop it out for you, then you close the whole deal and I make a commission doing nothing but pretending I fund the deals. BS weak. And, a surprise surprise, I dont want to see your kids....in strange photos.....

I love getting the call from a broker claiming to be a funder asking me for deals or if I want an ISO agreement. Um...skippy, you called factor/asset based lender that's owned by a bank.

People do little to no research before cold calling for deals......

Wow, that guy’s a douche. So many things wrong with his picture. His sideburns/beard looked like they were edged up on the back of a pickup truck driving down a gravel road, his cheek looks like he was attacked by a cheese grater, his hair looks dirty (possible lice, but not 100% sure), his suit looks straight outta Kazakhstan, his cigar pose screams ‘poseur’. But what gets me is that over-the-top metrosexual middle finger ring.
