Amanda - why did you say "wow" to that?

And no, TVT is not outsourcing bigger deals now, heh. We don't outsource deals period.

We have a client who needs a term loan for a down payment on a commercial property, and our ISO who owns the deal does not deal with those types of financial products so we are simply trying to help our client get to the next stage of his business.

I guess if not biz2credit, I will look at LiftForward, unless there are any others?

    Thanks!

There is no relation. TVT is its' own company. Cardinal is not TVT. TVT is not Cardinal.

I know TVT doesn't outsource. Sarcasm*

A loan for 1m down payment on property not likely.
Unless he has another property for collateral

I believe that they would need to currently own real estate to get an offer from LiftForward.

Mulligan Funding is doing some longer term loans (24-36 months) in the $500k-$1mm range but they need to be profitable businesses that are improving and have been around for a while.

There are several banks that will do 36 month amortizations on 1M. There will NEED to be commensurate collateral in the event of a default. Question is why only 36 months? Much easier to fit that debt into a longer term note.

If the client needs money ASAP I suggest arranging a Bridge (with early payment discount negotiated) to be taken out by a longer amortizing product.

Touch base of you would like assistance..
