I was reffering to a UCC list vs a business list of business that have never had an advance. Businesses on a UCC list get called a lot about cash advances. A business list of businesses that have not had an advance before do not get called about cash advances as much or at all. But it seems the users of UCC lists do not ever want to put in the extra work in cold calling business and introducing them to a cash advance.
