In my humble opinion, cold calling is a colossal waste of time. It worked a long time ago, but there are a finite number of businesses out there that fit the mold for our product, and they are hammered everyday by thousands of ISO's. When a merchant says they get 2-3 calls a day for business loans, I believe them. No matter how you slice it, a list of numbers and a business phone with unlimited long distance, is super cheap. People can get started in this business for virtually free with no licensing or education, hop on the phone and deliver the same message you are. The banks will take submissions from anyone with a heartbeat and an email address.

Time to put down the yellow pages and think outside the box...
