Who funds Real Estate brokerage?
Jan: 69K ending: 28k avg: 86k no. dep: 7
Dec: 310K ending: 123K avg: 109K no. dep: 8
Nov: 127K ending: 63K avg: 65K no. dep: 7
FICO: 595

BFS might be a good spot for that I have some real estate brokers funded there. Probably going to need at least 2 years in business there and # of deposits may be close. Rapid is another option.

We fund brokerages but i definitely can't get you 150k on this file, however, if he is willing to consider less, feel free to send it over
