SBA question
Can anyone experienced with SBA or who knows about this program answer this for me. I have spoken with our three lenders we use for SBA and they all tell me for any amount collateral is a must and always needed no way around it so that is what I go buy. I used to think up to 350k was with no collateral. I have lost two hefty deals this week to merchants claiming someone else is offered them SBA with no collateral and they are in the process and got pre-approvals for SBA with no collateral. Is there an SBA program that does not need collateral if so which SBA bank provides it?
