Mantis has terminated Peak Solutions and Zev S as an ISO. Mantis does not do business with ISOs who coach merchants to engage in conduct that would breach other funders’ contracts and put their capital at risk, as it appears Peak Solutions and Zev S were attempting to do to FundKite (as per the attached, unsolicited email that Peak Solutions sent to Mantis proposing such conduct).

What bugs me the most about this whole damn situation is that Mantis starts this thread and bashes the ISO with bad intentions and all that stuff, but the fact that Mantis is also effectively not allowing the ISO to give their side is downright BS. Let the man speak and let the jurors make a decision.

Well, the application attached to this email to Mike and Mehran better stipulate that the merchant agrees that their business transactions be broadcasted in the public domain. How the hell it gets to a competing Broker like Cresthill is nuts. And so is it that the Cresthill Broker, for some reason, poses as an indignant Funder, posting it on a worldwide internet forum for all to see.

How and why did it get from the email account of Mike Daniels at........wherever... to the Broker at Cresthill for him to publish to the internet?
