    he is answering in every other thread except this one that he started. looks like he knows the reply in the email back to ISO was definitely not in his favor after trying to throw an ISO under the bus.

    So I'm just catching up here. I don't know any of these parties but to recap:

    1. Marcus posted one side of the conversation, which he thought was ok because the email didn't have the legal footer.
    2. Marcus won't let the counterparty, Zev, post Marcus's email because Marcus's email has the legal footer?

    Very shady to think you get to play by a different set of rules because of an email footer. Says a lot about a person.

    correct and at this point you have to assume that the email response will make them look way worse so they rather not respond.

    The COJ has been filed in the court of public opinion. Marcus was found guilty. He was sentenced to 5 years in the low commissions payout group, single digit commissions.

    Maybe this Mike Daniels can shed some light on the subject since he was on the email and The Cresthill Broker posted HIS email.

    And if this is Mike Daniels from Continental Capital Advance of Brooklyn, why is the Cresthill Broker bringing this email screenshot forward as if it was the broker Cresthill or a funder Mantis?
