i am new to this business - how do i make a pdf application or is there someone i can pay to make me one?

All, I have been getting some rather large files in this past month, can someone recommend a few lenders that specialize in $500k - 2 million deals ?? I know strategic, Everest, BFS and rapid but really looking for someone where the $500k- 2mill is their specialty and in their box , please advise gents , thank you !

Most lenders out there have a fillable PDF app they can provide you. Slap your logo on it and go have fun.
