Merchant currently has good credit - but had BK discharged in 2009 because of that my tier 1's keep declining because of that and they say its Import/Export too high risk

Why wont the current position do the 350k for 12 months? How are the daily balances, and credit? Ill be honest i dont see anyone doing 12 months on this type of SIC with an MCA. You will get really strong approvals on a 2nd if the rev is consistent, good balances and ok credit.

Feel free to submit it, but no way ill get to 12 months, and 300k+ is to be determined based on the banks. Just want to give you realistic expectations but you should get a nice approval. If i was a broker who had this deal ide send to,

My longest term is 150-160 days. We Rarely go that far, but 130-140 is pretty common.
