Merchant owns a greeting card shop, does about $900K yr. Currently has 2 advances, one is about 35% paid down the other is about 65% paid down for a total owed of around $36k ($16K/$20K)

Why have her payoff any advance and end up paying a huge interest for the short time she had the money?
Why not try to put her into a 24 month term loan at or about the cost he's probably paying now. A 1.28 on $40,000 over 4 months is a $51,200 payback or $12,800 monthly (paid daily). a 24 month loan would cost under $2,400 monthly.

Her credit won't qualify her for a 24 month product Mr. Shaw, she has hovering 500 FICO and several inquiries from the entire industry in the last 90 days. They're a bit seasonal as well.
