    Shady. Under whose umbrella were these thousands of "leads" originated? No legit/successful lead generator would include email "if available". Every smart marketer makes that a required field.

    This reeks of harvesting of applications from the inside. Sorry to say.

    Every "smart marketer" knows that while 95% of leads will have email addresses, there are many potential customers who will refrain from using email and prefer to conduct business via phone. Any MCA/Small Business Loan sales professional in most circumstances also prefer to conduct and close their customers via phone as well. So this is just to inform that we strive to collect this information to the best of ability.

    These leads were generated by contacting data lists that were purchased by the lead vendor. Once these were confirmed that there was interest in obtaining financing, they became leads. Since this vendor decided to move into another direction, these leads aged.

    None of these leads are based off of any lists from inside applications.

    Dizzy from this maze of nonsense. So these thousands of leads came from data, through a vendor, since aged, not from applications, and came to you exactly how? And who are you in the brokering for sale said leads in this potential transaction?
