IOU Funds Defaults?
Very confused, I see a deal with a satisfied judgement in 2016 from Wall/GMC, and IOU funded them last November, did they screw up, or are defaults not so problematic these days?

they will kill a deal for a single missed mortgage payment from 2015 though
