Deal looking for Home 8M in sales
3 yr food Manufacture
2017 Tax Return: Sales about 2.5M; 2.8M loss
2018 P&L: 8M Sales; 500K loss
Looking for a better rate than MCA.
No A/R; No RE
Strong Banks and Credit.

will not get a better rate than MCA posting losses like that

How much are they looking for? The above is correct no bank will touch this with those huge losses especially with no collateral. Though with strong banks and credit you may be able to get a smaller amount like 100k-150k in the 15-20%
