Outrageous: The May Broker Fair
My $1300 ticket to attend this valuable event does not include the Preshow Reception!!!! Disappointed to say the least.
Sean, how many yachts can you water ski behind???

To go to an event in an industry that charges 100% + rates. I think it is cheap ticket

$1,300 is how much commission you would make closing an $9-13K advance.
If you feel like the connections you make there could help you close an extra little deal, then it paid for itself.

I believe $1300 is what they charge funders to come to the show I. If a funder can't afford $1300, I as a broker dont think they belong at the show calling themselves a funder.
