Manufacturing Company 6MM in GAS, 700 credit score
Client accepted a 12 Month, 175k cash advance END of December to pay property taxes on their building. They are looking to convert that into an 18 month 300-350 Cash Advance. Balance is 175k.
Can not stack, will not give real estate or A/R.
If you can fund a new loan, with an 18-month term loan have been funded that recently please let me know.
