    Since his credit is so good and its in CA - LoanMe would prob be a great option for him as the interest would be good and could prob qualify for loanmes max depending on bank balances.

    News: LoanMe just expanded their Prime Business Loans into all of their states not just California, and they added like 7 states, too,. They still pay just 5 points on everything.

    Oh, and something I didn't realize, their loans aren't amortized, they're simple interest. You can still market it as "interest only for a year with a balloon" (thanks Sachip24 for that idea), but it's not quite as expensive as I thought it was since it's run in simple interest.

    You can also try Bluevine. They let the client go through your referral link, but not if you submit them directly. Pay-out's the same.

    Also, if they're getting paid by insurance, then there are a few good factors.
