I'm curious - notarize.com just sent me an email about a few more states other than VA doing remote online notaries.

Yellowstone didn't accept an online notary a few years back, I haven't tried one recently. Assuming COJs will still be a "thing," any reason why someone might not want to use an online notary, even if it's a bit more expensive?

While we're on the topic, does Yellowstone (and Mantis) still require ISOs to wet sign ISO agreements? If so, why?
