Govt General Contractor Needs $300k
Type: Builders
Where: CA
Time in Business: 3 years+
Asking: $300k
For: Govt building projects (Has ongoing contracts that are billed every 30 days, one totaling $6.9 mil. Expecting $600k in invoices over the next 30-60 days)
Monthly: $200k+

I have everything you would need to qualify this deal. 12 months bank statements, contracts, invoices, 2 years tax returns, aging report, etc. Invoice factoring or contract financing would work as well. Merchant is looking for 1.16-1.20, 6 month payback. Needs funds ASAP so I'm not interested in over-stipping this client.
This is a really good deal, any takers?

We have funded a good dozen construction companies over 250k. BUt you are asking for $300k so you the lender will certainly want a full financial package. Try creditcash or a good invoice factoring company. I work with both invoice factoring companies that do construction invoices
Wont work for LOC too small

As a matter of fact, we could just provide them with a working capital loan along the rates you are asking for as well. Seems like a pretty straightforward deal to me.

We can provide invoice factoring for this deal, which sounds like a great fit. Typically we pay 10% of whatever interest we charge, which would be in the ballpark of $1-2,000 of GM for you. This happens EVERY TIME they factor, which most clients do for a year or two before they stop "the drip".
