Knight Capital
Is anyone else having issues with them. I cant seem to get anyone on the line for the last 2 weeks. Anyone have a solid point of contact they can provide?
Thanks.

you were right .so 2 weeks later finally got the update that the decision logic showed it was fraud . not sure why they couldn't just answer me that instead of having me follow up a million times .
side note in my ten years of doing this ,that is only my second time that a fraud merchant actually did the bank verification

If you don't hear back from Knight, do you automatically send the file to Everest?

It's almost like they went from having 40 employees to 5 no one answers the phone there or emails. The system will just generally declined every deal for *the following:
Merchant is at risk of becoming over-leveraged.(Over-leveraged)

We don't always have a smooth experience with Knight, but we just had a client e-sign a contract at 10pm last night. Merchant interview at 11am this morning. Funded an hour later.
I learned that you have one shot per day to schedule the merchant interview between Knight and client. If the client misses it, don't expect Knight to try to call again until the next day which could be at 4 or 5pm the next day for all you know. As long as your client is prepped and knows what to expect in final underwriting and doesn't miss any calls, it'll be smooth (unless something shows up on background of course).
Hope this helps.

I just did a deal with knight today, shot out the doc, offer within the hour, signed docs shortly after and then funded. The whole process took no longer than 4 hours.
On the other hand, Knight has been very bad with communication lately. But they always come in with a very aggressive offer, just prep your merchant by telling him this could take 24-48 hours.
