Medical 20k per mo (bad month in Jan due gov shut down)

I have a behavior health center that is paid through government subsidized insurance payments, that as a result of the government shutdown, had a $2,200 month in January. Normally they do 20-30k but are only paid in insurance disbursements a couple times per month. Good credit, 18 months in business. They are looking for money to get their therapists some additional certifications. Who can help?

How do the balances look? I had a similar situation last week, the 200k per month business did 30k in Jan and but balances were 40k+ so we ended up funding it and hoping for the best. Let me know.

If you're signed up with LoanMe, they may be able to help here as long as the average daily bank balance is >$1.5k.

How much are they looking for?

Cooper deals with these "down month" cases routinely, but more typically in the context of C-/D paper.

LoanMe is a no go due to being in TX. Average daily balances remained above 15k even through the January.

Good tradelines and not seeing an MCA company pull credit every single day since 2016 and 600+ credit i would consider good for my box.

If the above is your merchant, ide like to give this deal a shot.

If the client owns real estate (raw land, industrial, commercial, or residential (can be primary)) we can work on this file. We will also lend out to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th position if there's enough equity available. Feel free to shoot me an email or give me a call.
