Currently with OnDeck needs refi
Got denied SBA/Term

Any good suggestions?

Unsecured business LOC and/or factoring.
Good thing that he didn't get the SBA. Likely would have killed his business. It won't provide enough long term liquidity.

Last really good construction deal i did was with inadvance - high dollar - 12 month - was cheaper than 1.40

I don't think InAdvance does anything like that Ryan. Last contract I have seen from them was a 1.45 for 120 payments with a 5% origination, as a 2nd.

Oh, yes, the guy is looking to refi OnDeck, so Marcus thinks a viable options would be ....... Mantis? Mantis is on the furthest end of the spectrum from OnDeck. If you want to know which funding companies would be a better fit for the merchant, the answer is literally "anyone else but Mantis".

I agree. I feel he may get leads from them hence why I've always noticed he talks them up. Try sending them deals and see what happens.
