They let us non-CA brokers submit Cali deals on your portal now.
Just convince the borrower it's interest-only for a year with a balloon, rather than this 10-year amortization.

I don't know of ANY lenders that can go up to a 4th position. Secondly....adding up to a 4th positions on a restaurants will certainly have the sign changing guy making money.

Relatively low balance... refi with Mulligan or Rapid Advance and get them a nice 1st.
