I would take you guys more seriously had you not send out emails saying how you now work with 6th Avenue Capital. Like, why does that deserve unsolicited emails to other brokers? I don’t know you. Why do you think we care? It’s just weird seeing these email adds with your logo next to 6th Avenue logo. It’s almost like you’re trying to make it seem like you’re part of 6th Avenue.

Yeah man. Worst part is they are brokers, who send their deals to other brokers. I know this because the other brokers will email me seeking help with pffloans files. The broker would just forward pffloans emails. Awful files, too. Merchants stacked to death.

Lets say they are a broker..now you exposed them (NO Idea either way) but now (lets say they are a broker) Do you now think they will want to send you deals ?> (meaning as a broker they need funders but if you going to oust them in public you loss the chance they will want to work with you!! -- or am i wrong?)....

im still trying to figure out how they are starting their 4th year in business and right on their website in big letters is says Filing date 10/15/2018 ....but on another note saying Phoenix Funding and Finance as fast as I can as many times I can has been keeping me busy in this mini snow storm we are having up here in NYC right now

This only proves you know nothing about credit or this industry. There's no such thing as "F" paper, dummy. Credit is ranked from A through D, there's no F.

Why would i take on an iso as clueless as this? I don't want to Dilute my own paper, i want my funders to look at my deals ahead of the other 500. I can almost guarantee a shotgun on every deal, 0 scrubbing and asking for an update every 20 minutes from this type of shop. "Send me everything from everyone" is not the way to produce quality Marcus.

I cater to the ISO who doesn't need their hand held every step of the way. And if there is an iso who does need their hand held, that's OK too, but a lying ISO is a lying ISO at the end of the day.

So yes Marcus, i believe you are wrong.
